Good sleep

Sleep

        We human must have enough sleep between 6 to 8 hours perday.if  we look and learn from other creature, sleep , enough rest  is a must and important part for a good life. Sleep can give energy for our activity tomorrow morning.if we not enough  sleep or we have sleep disorder its can effect our brain . ( mental health - psychtry)
        Sleep can make our mind peace, calm and ability to save enough memory.- not easy to forget what we do.
      So take care our health for our own benefit, family, and society.
      Think and thank god cause sleeps  one of his gift that can make we more happy on tomorrow morning. After one we tired, working on sunlight day. Best rest is have enough sleep.
