Benefit sleep

About sleep;

        We are human like other creation must have enough sleep between 6 to 8 hours pernight.

      Sleep for human is very important for our brain, its like  baterry ( brain) for one car, its must be  charged ( sleep/rest) to make our body esspecially our  brain healthy, think wisely, calm.
          We can see a   car battery that is very important for  car, its make our car can be started.
       And our food intake daily  is alike petroleum or diesel give energy for car to  move and go any where we want.
So  sleeps is  like our brain must  recharged like a battery. Food is like a fuel for one car move.
