Calm in your heart whatever happen while we still alive

Some people say its not easy to apply (calm) in our real life.
Yes its hard
But try to struggle
Cause we can see it on others creature like a cat,  when cat injures and cannot find a food we can see what happened to that cat.

Others people have different struggle he must face it.
And lastly or last hope is we trust we have  god truly can helps us.
